Book Horrible Histories More Best of Barmy Britain tickets for all the family this summer

Horrible Histories returns to the West End for yet another barmy season with your favourite British characters! Following the tremendous success of The Best of Barmy Britain at the Apollo Theatre, Horrible Histories – More Best of Barmy Britain opens for a limited summer season at the Garrick Theatre, with performances beginning August 4th 2017.

We all want to meet people from history. The trouble is, everyone is dead! Prepare to meet the quirky characters that make up our wild history, from the revolting Romans to the vicious Vikings! Meet evil Elizabeth, partying Puritans, crazy King Charles and the dastardly Dick Turpin, all the while getting ready for the frightful First World War…

Described as “history with the nasty bits left in”, Horrible Histories is the best-selling book series from creator Terry Deary, which has received numerous stage adaptations from the Birmingham Stage Company. Following the success of Barmy Britain Parts I, II & III, as well as The Best of Barmy Britain, the new production brings back more of the infamous characters – including an introduction to a very wordy Will Shakespeare!

Celebrating the company’s 25th anniversary, Horrible Histories – More Best of Barmy Britain opens at the Garrick Theatre for a limited season, with performances running from August 4th to September 2nd 2017, and an official opening on August 7th 2017.

Child Friendly

Horrible Histories – More Best of Barmy Britain is suitable for anyone from 5 to 105! (Those aged 106 may not enjoy it.)
