Facilities

Auditorium

  • Air Conditioning: The London Palladium has an ‘air cooling’ system in place.
  • Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium, however hot food is prohibited. Drinks purchased from the bar must be transferred into plastic cups if they are being taken inside the auditorium.
  • Binoculars: The back of the Stalls and the Upper Circle are equipped with binoculars that can be hired for £1

Cloakroom

There is a cloakroom in the Royal Circle and Stalls entrance. Items can be checked for £2 each. Patrons seated in the Upper Circle are welcome to use the cloakroom too, however they will need to consult an Usher who will show them to the kiosk.

Children

The London Palladium has a limited supply of booster cushions for children sitting in the Stalls. Children will need to be less than 4ft to be granted with a booster seat. Please note that the Palladium does not supply booster cushions in the Upper Circle or Royal Circle.

Bar

There are four bar areas in the London Palladium; the new Val Parnell suite, the Variety Bar (Stalls), the Cinderella Bar (Royal Circle) and the Long Bar (Upper Circle).

Toilets

The London Palladium has male and female toilets on every level. The Stalls contains two blocks of female toilets and one block of male toilets as well as access adapted facilities. There are also a large number of toilets in the Val Parnell suite, as well as a further access-adapted bathroom. The Royal Circle has female toilets inside and outside the auditorium as well as facilities for males at the bottom of the staircase to the bar. The Upper Circle has a block of male and female toilets as well as three singular (2 female, one male) cubicles nearer to the seating area.

The above information was sourced from a number of trips to the London Palladium throughout 2012.
