Following a tour that packed out venues across the country, Liza Pulman Sings Streisand comes to London's The Other Palace. This five-star evening combines music, humour and storytelling in a homage to the life and legend of Barbra Streisand.

There aren't many people on the planet who are unfamiliar with Barbra Streisand. She's the American singer, songwriter, filmmaker and actress who has garnered a glittering array of awards across her six-decade career. That includes ten Grammy Awards and a Special Tony Award.  One of the best-selling recording artists in existence with a total of 150 million singles and albums sold globally, she's also a much loved actress; some of her most iconic films include Funny Girl, Yentl and Hello, Dolly!

Liza Pulman is a critically lauded comedienne and singer as well as a member of the Olivier award-nominated cabaret group Fascinating Aïda. Her theatre credits include roles in London Palladium's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Chichester Festival Theatre's A Christmas Carol. In the world of television, she has most recently appeared in the BBC's Midsomer Murders.

Pulman is backed by her band, who bring Streisand’s many beloved songs to life with aplomb. Together, they tell the story of the American superstar's exceptional life and music.

The show benefits from the musical direction of Joseph Atkins. An accomplished composer, arranger and musical director, his previous credits include Josephine and I (Bush Theatre) and Wedding Singer (Lowry Theatre, Manchester).

Liza Pulman Sings Streisand has garnered heaps of high praise and five-star reviews. The show plays a very limited run between October and November.
