2:22 A Ghost Story

Book 2:22 A Ghost Story tickets to enjoy a pulse-racing supernatural thriller in London

It’s happening again… unknown things are going bump in the night as Cheryl stars in supernatural thriller 2:22 A Ghost Story. The spooky show continues to haunt the West End, this time at the Lyric Theatre.

Jenny thinks her new house is haunted, but her husband Sam is sceptical. As they sit down to have dinner with old friend Lauren and her new partner Ben, the arguments flow as quickly as the wine. Are ghosts real? Is Jenny imagining things? Either way, something unnerving is lingering in the air, so they decide to stay up and find out who is right.

2:22 A Ghost Story is the triumphant work of playwright Danny Robins, directed by Matthew Dunster. Robins is the creator of hit podcast The Battersea Poltergeist, and Dunster is known for directing macabre, darkly funny plays such as Martin McDonagh’s Hangmen

Funny, intriguing and littered with clues as it creeps towards a shocking finale, 2:22 A Ghost Story opened with record-breaking ticket sales in 2021 at the Noel Coward Theatre, starring Lily Allen as Jenny. It has since transferred to the Gielgud and Criterion theatres and in 2022 was nominated for the Olivier Award for Best New Play.

Performer and singer Cheryl makes her stage debut as Jenny in 2:22 A Ghost Story at the Lyric Theatre. Other casting includes Jake Wood (EastEnders) as Ben, Louise Ford (The Windsors) as Lauren and Scott Karim (Chasing Hares) as Sam.

With a starry cast and simple but chilling premise, this fast-paced play is guaranteed to send a shiver up your spine and get your pulse racing as the clock ticks towards the truth…
