Showman is Derren Brown’s 10th one-man stage show, which have garnered a record-breaking five Olivier Award nominations and two wins. He was last seen in the West End with his show Underground at the Playhouse Theatre.
Derren Brown started his career in 1992 and rose to prominence on British television with his special Derren Brown: Mind Control in 2000. His most famous moments have included successfully predicting the National Lottery results, playing Russian Roulette live on television, and convincing ordinary members of the public to commit armed robbery.
Derren Brown: Showman is directed by Andrew O’Connor and Andy Nyman, who have worked together on several of Brown’s previous stage projects.
