Fans of Fleabag and I Hate Suzie should acquaint themselves with a new it-girl at the Ambassadors Theatre, as hit comic play One Woman Show transfers to the West End for a limited six week season.

One Woman Show is groundbreaking, unflinching, painfully relevant, raw, irreverent, and above all a hilarious riff on the genre it takes its name from. Creator Liz Kingsman plays with the archetypal chaotic, self-confessional young woman character that has taken the theatre and TV world by storm – Fleabag being the most famous example – and mischievously turns it on its head.

This Edinburgh Comedy Award nominated show has fast become the hottest ticket for fringe theatre fans, and sold out during its run at Soho Theatre in 2022. It now moves into one of the West End’s more intimate venues, ready to delight even more theatregoers with its wickedly funny, self-aware humour.

Liz Kingsman is a comedian and actress best known for being a member of comedy group Massive Dad. One Woman Show is directed by directed by Adam Brace (Sh!t Theatre), with design by Chloe Lamford, lighting by Daniel Carter-Brennan, sound by Max Perryment, and choreography by Joshua Lay

Caution: this show contains dizzying levels of ambition and won’t be pinned down by this blurb. Check out One Woman Show for yourself from 13 December 2022 – 21 January 2023.
