Escape into whimsy with Slava’s Snow Show tickets

Escape into a world of whimsy, clowns and enchantment for the whole family at the Harold Pinter Theatre this Christmas as Olivier Award-winning Slava’s Snow Show returns to the West End for the first time in six years. The Russian contemporary circus troupe is famous for its silent clowns, surreal stagecraft and offbeat humour, which invites you to leave the everyday behind and get lost in a world of magic.

In the middle of a wintry landscape, clowns are approaching. These clowns are totally silent, but they perform some of the most breathtaking, funny and playful spectacles you will ever see! Slava’s Snow Show is a feast for the senses as luminous balloons float through the air, snowstorms whirl around the auditorium, and hypnotising choreography dances across the stage. It is unlike any other Christmas show in London and the perfect treat for kids who want to experience something different from panto or ballet over the festive season.

Slava’s Snow Show is a worldwide sensation created by Russian performance artist Slava Polunin. Polunin’s approach to clownery, which he calls “expressive idiotism”, has captured the imaginations of audiences all over the globe. Its wordless storytelling sparks the joy of childhood, nostalgia and imagination, and proves that feelings and entertainment transcend language.

The show was last in London at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall in 2018 and premiered for UK audiences back in 1997, at the Old Vic Theatre. It won the Olivier Award for Best Entertainment in 1998, an NYC Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience in 2005, and Moscow’s Stanislavski Award.

Lean into the silliness and free-spirited nature of Slava’s Snow Show this Christmas for a unique treat that brings out the inner child in everyone who sees it! The clowns sprinkle their magic across the West End for a limited season, so book now to not miss out.
