The pair fly off to a dazzling new world, meet enchanting strangers, defeat the evil Mouse King, and drift above the Land of Snow in a hot air balloon.
The Nutcracker ballet is a sweet treat, wrapped up with choreography by Wayne Eagling and set to composer Tchaikovsky’s divine score, which includes “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy” and “Waltz of the Flowers”. Few things are more thrilling and magical than the notes of this iconic music ringing out across the auditorium in December, performed by a world-class company of over 100 dancers who float, pirouette and leap across the stage!
The ballet also features design by Peter Farmer and lighting by Richard Davidson, who help to make every moment of this acclaimed show look and sound exquisite.
