Do you dare book 222 A Ghost Story tickets for an edge-of-your-seat supernatural thriller?

British pop sensation Lily Allen is to make her West End debut in the world premiere of the new supernatural thriller, 2:22 – A Ghost Story, at the Noel Coward Theatre later this year. 

The play centres around a couple who argue over whether their new home is haunted, Jenny is convinced but her husband Sam is skeptical. Over dinner with friends, tales of the supernatural clash with those of the non-believers but something stirs close by and they agree to stay up until… 2:22 to find out what. 

Lily Allen is a chart-topping singer with two number-one albums and three-number one singles. Her biggest hits include Smile, The Fear and Somewhere Only We Know. She recently ventured into acting, starring in the feature film adaptation of Caitlin Moran’s best-selling book How to Build a Girl in 2019.

Allen plays Jenny and is joined by musical theatre star Hadley Fraser as her husband Sam, Julia Chan as Lauren and Eastenders‘ favourite Jake Wood as Ben. The play is directed by Matthew Dunster whose recent work includes Hangmen and A Very, Very, Very Dark Matter.

2:22 – A Ghost Story is written by Danny Robins, an award-winning writer with credits including Young Dracula, We Are History and Sky One’s Trollied.
