New mission: The Comedy About Spies play tickets!

We’ve had our ears to the ground and intelligence says that there’s a new Mischief Theatre play in town! The multi-award-winning team behind The Play That Goes Wrong are back in the West End with The Comedy About Spies, a Cold War caper about a mission that’s anything but secret. Intrigue, action, romance and a lot of laughs are in the mix, so get down to the Noel Coward Theatre – and ask questions later.

When a British agent goes rogue and steals some plans for a top-secret weapon, the great and good of MI5, the CIA and KGB meet at the Piccadilly Hotel. The mission? Bring the agent in and recover the files. Things aren’t going to go smoothly though, especially when clueless young lovers, a wannabe James Bond actor and far too many double agents are thrown into the mix…

The Comedy About Spies play is the latest genius comic adventure from Mischief Theatre, who’ve been bringing hilarity, spoof and slapstick to London theatre fans since 2012. Their most famous show, The Play That Goes Wrong, won the Olivier Award for Best New Play and is still a West End fixture over a decade later. Whether they’re sending up the Magic Circle in Magic Goes Wrong or bringing light entertainment to your living rooms with The Goes Wrong Show, Mischief is the best in the business when it comes to pitch-perfect comedy that audiences can’t help but love.

Mischief members Henry Lewis and Henry Shields co-wrote this new play, directed by Matt Di Carlo (The Play That Goes Wrong). The cast includes some of Mischief’s most-loved performers: Dave Hearn, Chris Leask, Henry Lewis, Charlie Russell, Henry Shields, Greg Tannahill and Nancy Zamit, alongside Adele James, who will be making her Mischief debut.

Get ready for a mission that spirals hilariously out of control with tickets to this laugh-out-loud world premiere! The Comedy About Spies play is in London for a strictly limited season, so book now.
