Sinatra The Musical
Meet the man behind the music with Sinatra musical tickets
You know the music, you’ve heard of the Rat Pack… but do you know the real story of the legend that almost wasn’t? From an award-winning creative team, discover the man behind the music with the Sinatra musical in the West End. Featuring some of his greatest hits, this story of fame, temptation and the mother of all comebacks plays at the Aldwych Theatre. You only live once, so don’t miss out on seeing this brand new show!
New Year’s Eve 1942, and a skinny young Italian-American singer is preparing to step on stage at NYC’s Paramount Theatre. His performance will change the face of music forever, but behind the glitz, glamour and dreamy vocals, Frank Sinatra has a turbulent personal life. Torn between his wife Nancy and silver screen starlet Ava Gardner, the voice that wooed the nation becomes front page news for all the wrong reasons. As he battles tabloid press and a career in freefall, Frank fights back and stages one of the greatest comebacks in showbiz history.
Featuring more than twenty of his biggest hits, including “That’s Life”, “One For My Baby”, “The Best Is Yet to Come” and “I’ve Got the World on a String”, Sinatra is an exhilarating, nostalgia-packed look at the man who became Old Blue Eyes – warts and all.
Sinatra comes to the West End following its world premiere at Birmingham Repertory Theatre in 2023, directed by two-time Tony Award winning writer Joe DiPietro (Memphis, What’s New Pussycat?) and directed & choreographed by Kathleen Marshall. Marshall is a three-time Tony Award winner best known for her sparkling take on Golden Age shows like Anything Goes and Top Hat – making her a fantastic fit for the era of smooth blues and suave moves.
The Sinatra musical cast includes Joel Harper-Jackson as Frank Sinatra, Phoebe Panaretos as Nancy Sinatra and Anna Villafañe as Ava Gardner.
Regrets, you’ll have a few… but don’t make missing out on Sinatra musical tickets one of them! A smooth playbook of songs and a tantalising peek behind the polish make this a must-see new jukebox show in the West End.
