Situated in the scenic Woburn Walk area, the hotel is close to a great deal of London’s most sought after attractions, including the West End theatres.  The hotel is reasonably small and quaint, with an attached bar that serves a selection of ales and hearty food. Breakfast is included in the price of the rooms and facilities include televisions, teas and coffees, and both irons and hair dryers are available on request. Whilst each room has a sink, bathrooms are distributed at one to every four bedrooms which may well be the main reason for the bargain rates.

The Academy is a small and relatively exclusive hotel with the usual trappings of a 4 star hotel as well as a library, garden and patio. Built in 1775, the building contains antique furniture and luxurious free standing baths.  Rooms are air-conditioned and come equipped with a mini bar, a television and a CD player. 24 hour room service is available and complimentary facilities include WiFi, a daily newspaper, top range bathroom toiletries and an optional nightly turn down service. The Aldwych Theatre is practically inside the Waldorf, so if you have the money to spare, this is the ultimate hotel location for anyone looking to see a show in the neighbouring theatre. Absolutely brimming with luxury and true to the quality of the Hilton chain, the Waldorf Hilton is also well located for the rest of the attractions London has to offer. The hotel has a heated indoor pool, a steam room, a beauty salon, and is well adapted for accessibility purposes. There are plenty of dining options at the Waldorf with two restaurants and a tea room on site.  Basic rate rooms include a plasma television and toiletries.
