Whitbread First Novel and Academy Award-winner, Hanif Kureishi, has adapted his novel to the stage and is co-produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and Wise Children. The play is directed by Emma Rice (The Red Shoes, Brief Encounter) who is best known for her unique style.
