The Rocky Horror Show follows couple Brad and Janet who look for help at an eerie mansion when their car breaks down. Inside, they meet the vivacious Dr. Frank-n-Furter and his creation, Rocky. Their evening becomes a whirlwind of fun, frolics, frocks and frivolity. Packed full of original, catchy songs, the musical celebrates self-discovery. The exciting and much-loved musical first opened in 1973 and was shortly made into a film, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, in 1975.

Jason Donavon (Grease, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Sweeny Todd) will be reprising his role of Dr. Frank-n-Furter during this short run of the iconic musical. Further casting will be announced closer to the opening date.

Directed by Christopher Luscombe (Fascinating Aida, A Midsummer Night’s Dream) and written by British-New Zealander, Richard O’Brien, who originated the role of Riff Raff. Hugh Durrant (Company, Romeo and Juliet) has designed the set, alongside costume designer Sue Blane (A Midsummer Night’s Dream).
