Air Conditioning: The Gielgud Theatre has an air cooling system.
Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium, however hot food is prohibited. The Gielgud theatre has a no glass policy within the auditorium so all drinks purchased at the bar that are not already in plastic must be transferred into plastic cups.
There is a limited cloakroom available in which large bags and pushchairs can be checked. Each item checked is charged at £1
The Gielgud Theatre does offer a limited supply of booster seats for small children. Usually children will need to be under 4ft to be given a cushion.

The Gielgud Theatre has toilets on all seating levels. There is an access adapted toilet in the foyer near the bar.
