A poetic and big-hearted production with Juno and The Paycock play tickets

The highly-anticipated revival of Juno and the Paycock is packed with a mighty cast and hailed as an Irish masterpiece. The strictly limited run will be at the Gielgud Theatre this Winter and is a must-see. The deeply poignant, yet hilarious play is a classic Irish tragi-comedy. Tickets for the production are set to be popular, so we recommend grabbing them early to avoid any disappointment.

Stuck in a tiny flat in Dublin during the Irish Civil War, struggling parents, Juno and Jack Boyle, are trying to make ends meet to hold the family together. When providence knows at their door with the great news of a huge inheritance, can the family’s troubles fade away? The poetic, yet hilarious black-humoured triumph is a reflection of a mother’s resilience during life’s most trying times.

Emmy Award-nominated actress, J. Smith-Cameron (Succession) stars as sharp-wit Mother, Juno Boyle, a role the actress last played on Broadway ten years ago. Joining Smith-Cameron on stage is Olivier Award-winner, Mark Rylance (Jerusalem, Fairnelli, Bridge of Spies), as Juno’s husband, Jack Boyle.

Directed by Tony and Olivier Award-winning director, Matthew Warchus (Matilda the Musical, Pride), audiences will be in for a real treat with the Juno and The Paycock play. Further creatives are to be announced closer to the show’s opening date.

Audiences won’t want to miss this star-studded cast in the poignant and hilarious tragi-comedy heading to the Gielgud Theatre for a strictly limited run this Winter. Tickets are expected to sell fast, so grab yours now!
