Air Conditioning: The Novello Theatre has an air cooling system.
Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium, however hot food is prohibited. The Novello theatre has a no glass policy within the auditorium so all drinks purchased at the bar must be transferred into plastic cups.
Binoculars: The Novello Theatre does notprovide binoculars, however patrons are welcome to bring their own.
The Novello Theatre has a cloakroom situated in the foyer in which patrons can store larger items such as pushchairs and suitcases throughout the show Each item checked is charged at £1.
Unfortunately the Novello Theatre does not have any booster cushions; however patrons are welcome to bring their own. The Dress Circle is the best level for children due to the gradient of the seats.
The Novello Theatre has 4 licensed bars; Sam’s Bar in the Foyer, Ivor's Bar in the Stalls, the Schubert Bar at Dress Circle level and the Waldorf Bar, which serves the Grand Circle and Balcony. Prices:
