Audiences will be thrilled with The 39 Steps play tickets

After a successful UK tour, the Tony and Olivier Award-winning play is heading back to London’s West End for a limited run this Summer. Theatregoers will be able to catch the screen-to-stage adaptation of the hilarious yet suspenseful spy thriller at the Trafalgar Theatre. Fans of the book and film won’t want to miss out on the stage adaptation that follows four fearless actors as they play a total of 139 characters throughout 100 minutes. Tickets for the production are limited, so we recommend grabbing your tickets before they’re gone!

After a man leading an average life meets a woman who claims to be a spy and winds up dead, he starts getting chased across the country by a questionable organisation called ‘The 39 Steps’. His attempts to escape the group lead him on a fast-paced chase across Europe, praying that he isn’t their next victim.

Tom Byrne (A Christmas Carol, Dmitry, Bridgerton) will be playing Richard Hannay, with Safeena Ladha (She, The Great Gatsby) taking on the roles of Pamela, Anabella and Margaret. Joining them on stage will be Eugene McCoy (Legally Blonde, A Christmas Carol) as Clown 1 and Maddie Rice (Fleabag, Pickle Jar) as Clown 2.

The 39 Steps was adapted to stage by writer, director and actor, Patrick Barlow (Notting Hill, Nanny McPhee) and will be directed by Maria Aitken (The 39 Steps, Educating Rita) with set and costume design being led by Peter Mckintosh (Funny Girls, Guys & Dolls).

If you’re a fan of the book or Alfred Hitchcock movie, you won’t want to miss out on the play’s short visit to London later this Summer. The production will be thrilling audiences for a limited time only, so make sure you grab your tickets before they go!
