A favourite with audiences since its premiere in 1989, Miss Saigon is set during the final days of the Vietnam War, where we meet Chris, an American male GI, who falls in love with Kim, a young Vietnamese orphan who works at a bar. Based on Puccini’s opera Madama Butterfly, they are separated when the city falls, and Chris returns to the U.S. Years later, they meet again, and Kim has been raising Chris’s son. Together, they are left to decide what the future holds for all of them. Miss Saigon is a story about love, hope and sacrifice.

The cast for the run at the Prince Edward Theatre is to be announced.
