• Air Conditioning: The Prince Edward theatre has an air cooling system.
  • Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium, however hot food is not allowed in the theatre building. Like all West End theatres, the Prince Edward Theatre has a strict no glass policy within the auditorium so all drinks purchased at the bar must be transferred into plastic cups.


The Prince Edward Theatre informs me that there are NO cloakroom facilities. Please DO NOT bring large suitcases/ large items with you to the theatre.


The Prince Edward Theatre has 5 bars; The Mozart Bar (street level), the Stalls Bar, a Soft Drinks Bar (Stalls level) the Dress Circle bar and the Grand Circle Bar. Prices:
  • Bottle of water -  approximately £2
  • Bottle of beer – approximately  £4.50 depending on the brand
  • Wine by the glass - approximately £5
  • Wine by the bottle ranges from £19 to £23
  • Soft drink e.g coke - approximately £2
  • Tap water is available on request.


The Prince Edward Theatre has an array of merchandise outlets across the theatre, with outlets accessible by every seating level. Prices:
  • Programmes – £4
  • Souvenir Brochure £5
  • Ice Cream – Approximately £3
  • Confectionery (sweets and chocolates) £2-3


The Prince Edward Theatre has both male and female toilets on all seating levels. There is an access adapted toilet in the foyer.
