Dream big with Little Dancer musical tickets

Do we shape our destiny, or does it shape us? Step into the dazzling and dangerous world of Belle Epoque Paris as the Little Dancer musical premieres at Theatre Royal Haymarket. Telling the story of artist Edgar Degas and the girl who inspired the statue “Little Dancer of Fourteen Years”, this evocative new show is on for a strictly limited season in 2027.

Marie van Goethem has stood, frozen, in the fourth position for over 100 years. With her arms stretched out behind her back and chin lifted, she is the picture of elegance. But behind the art, a young girl from a poor family had huge dreams. Little Dancer explores the relationship between Marie and Edgar Degas, the man who made her live forever.

The Little Dancer musical has its fully staged premiere in the West End following an acclaimed concert performance in 2025. It has a book and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and music by Stephen Flaherty, the Tony and Olivier Award-winning team behind Anastasia, Ragtime and Once on This Island. It is directed and choreographed by Tony and Olivier Award winner Susan Stroman, whose work includes The Producers and Crazy For You.

Emmy Award winner and Olivier Award nominee Tiler Peck (Etoile on Prime Video) stars as Marie van Goethem, alongside Olivier Award nominees Julian Ovenden (High Society, South Pacific) and Laura Pitt-Pulford (Into the Woods, Standing at the Sky’s Edge), and Josefina Gabrielle (Chicago, Les Miserables).

Dream big and experience a brand new musical in the West End with tickets to Little Dancer at Theatre Royal Haymarket. This sweeping new show is on for just five weeks in London, before it heads on a world tour.
