Heading to the Apollo Theatre for a festive run this year, this jam-packed pantomime experience takes seven well-known fairy tales into 70 minutes of chaotic fun for the entire family! Starring CBBC’s Dan and Jeff, Potted Panto begins its limited run in the West End over the Christmas period.
Hurtle down the golden street of Dick Whittington’s London, pause to rub Aladdin’s lamp and get their wishes granted, before witnessing a 3D Cinderella transform the stage in a pantomime wonderland unlike any other. “A blast of exuberant festive nonsense” (Financial Times), the Potted Panto show is the perfect addition to any festive plans in London this Christmas.
The Potted Panto show was created by the TV double-act, Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner AKA Dan and Jeff. The duo are behind Olivier-nominated shows such as Potter Potter, Potted Sherlock and Potter Pirates. Dan is best known for his appearances in Coronation Street and Emmerdale, with stage credits including Accidental Death of an Anarchist and Little Shop of Horrors. Jeff has appeared on Blue Peter and Richard & Rudy.
Directed by Richard Hurst, the Potted Panto show features design by Simon Scullion, lighting by Tim Mascall and sound by Tom Lishman. A festive treat for audiences of all ages, this hilarious show packs some of the best-loved pantomimes into one spectacular 80-minute performance!
