Buy Death Drop tickets to see Drag Race icon Jujubee in this gagworthy Dragatha Christie murder mystery

The smash-hit drag comedy Death Drop is making a highly-anticipated West End return starring RuPaul’s Drag Race superstars JuJuBee and Kitty Scott-Claus for a strictly limited season at the Criterion Theatre

This Dragatha Christie murder mystery caper transports audiences to 1991 where guests are descending on the infamous Tuck Island for a raucous dinner party. The evening soon descends into chaos as shocking truths are revealed and murderous shenanigans are unleashed. The gagged guests must uncover whodunit before they’re forced to sashay away.

Death Drop, written by Holly Stars, premiered at the Garrick Theatre in 2020 and has since embarked on a hugely successful UK tour. A host of stars from RuPaul’s Drag Race, including Latrice Royale, Willam, Courtney Act and Monét X Change have starred in the comedy.

Jujubee first starred on season 2 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, finishing in third place, before going on to star in several seasons of the spin-off All Stars. The drag queen is one of the inaugural contestants in the brand new series RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK Versus the World, which is premiering on BBC Three this year.

Kitty Scott-Claus was the runner-up in the recently aired second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. Since the show aired, they made their West End debut in the drag pantomime Dick Whittington at the Phoenix Theatre. Kitty is also a member of Gals Aloud, a successful tribute to the girl band Girls Aloud, which formed part of Tuck Shop West End at the Garrick Theatre.

Expect life-saving lip-syncs, scandalous reads and enough twists and turns to make the Queen of Crime proud. Don’t miss this killer comedy at London’s Criterion Theatre for a strictly-limited seven-week season from 1st March.
