The Garrick Theatre, built in 1889, is situated in ‘Theatreland’ between Charing Cross and Leicester Square, two areas that are known for their large theatres and big productions. Rail


The nearest National Rail station to the Garrick Theatre is Charing Cross station, which is literally just around the corner (a 3 minute walk away.) From Charing Cross station , cross the road outside the building and turn left onto Duncannon Street. Head straight up St Martin’s Place until you meet Charing Cross Road. The theatre will be on your right hand side.

Tube


The nearest tube stations to the Garrick Theatre are Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern lines) and Leicester Square (Northern and Piccadilly Lines)

Leicester Square (2 mins): Leicester Square is a short walk away from the Garrick Theatre. Simply head right out of the station down Charing Cross Road. The theatre will be on your left hand side.

Bus


For buses to Charing Cross Road and The Strand use: 3, 6, 9, 12, 13, 15, 23, 24, 29, 30, 91, 139.

Car


The Garrick is situated within the London Congestion Charging Zone which applies weekdays (not bank holidays) from 7am until 6pm and costs £11.50 per day. If you are driving to the theatre after 6pm then you will not be charged.
The Garrick Theatre is part of the Q-Park Scheme. The nearest participating car park is the 24hr Q Park Chinatown Car Park (20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR). Parking costs £18 for up to 3hrs, and £24 for 4hrs but theatregoers can save 50% if they have their ticket validated at the theatre.
