The writers of the Tony award-winning musical, SIX, bring their latest work to the Garrick Theatre this summer as they debut their latest show Why Am I So Single? The production marks Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss’ second musical comedy to run in the West End and it’s set to be a hit. Make sure to grab tickets to the new show, now booking until 2025.
The Why Am I So Single musical focuses on two besties who are perplexed as to how they’re still single yet so cool, funny and interesting. With modern-day dating apps at their fingertips and dates lined up, the two pals drink, eat, cry and laugh their way through answering the impossible question of why they’re so single. Celebrate love in all its forms at the world premiere of the musical. Fans of Marlow and Moss’ previous work are already spreading the word due to the highly-rated workshop performances that took place in 2023.
Confirmed in the cast are two BFFS, Jo Foster (& Juliet, Just For One Day) and Leesa Tulley (SIX, Kin), joined by Noah Thomas (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie). Further casting is to be announced.
The SIX creative team have joined forces again for this laugh-out-loud musical. Olivier Award-nominated musical director, Joe Beighton (SIX), orchestrates the show alongside the director, Lucy Moss, also most known for SIX, which has since debuted across the globe. Joining them is Ellen Kane (This is England). The Olivier and Tony Award-nominated choreographer will be heading back to the West End to stage the Why Am I So Single musical.
