Buy Disney’s Beauty and the Beast tickets to witness this enduring musical like never before

A spellbinding new production of Disney’s timeless Beauty and the Beast plays a summer season at the London Palladium, following a hugely successful UK tour.

This ‘tale as old as time’ tells the story of Belle, an intelligent and spirited young woman, who is captured by a Prince who has been transformed into a grotesque and fearsome Beast as she tries to rescue her imprisoned father. To break the curse, Belle and the Beast must fall in love before the final petal falls from an enchanted rose.

Beauty and the Beast premiered on Broadway in 1994 and soon became one of the longest-running musicals in Broadway history, playing over 5,400 performances before closing in 2007. The original West End production opened at the Dominion Theatre in 1997, winning an Olivier Award for Best New Musical.

The recent UK tour premiered in 2021 and features spectacular new designs and state-of-the-art technology to bring this beloved musical to new audiences. Courtney Stapleton and Emmanuel Kojo lead the cast as Belle and the Beast respectively. Stapleton will reprise her role for the West End run, alongside Shaq Taylor (Les Miserables, Hadestown) as the Beast. Further casting is to be announced.

Beauty and the Beast features music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice and showcases some of the most recognisable music in the Disney canon – such as “Be Our Guest”, “Gaston” and the titular song “Beauty and the Beast”.

This new production reunites many of the original creative team and is directed by Matt West, alongside scenic designer Stanley A. Meyer, costumer designer Ann Hould-Ward, lighting designer Natasha Katz, sound designer John Shivers and music supervisor Michael Kosarin.

You’re invited to Be Our Guest and book Disney’s Beauty and the Beast tickets as this beloved musical says Bonjour to the London Palladium for a limited 12-week season.
