Air Conditioning: The theatre has a ‘comfort cooling system’ in the auditorium.
Food and Drink: snacks and drinks are allowed into the auditorium. Drinks purchased from the bar in glass containers must be transferred into plastic cups before being brought into the auditorium. Hot food is not allowed inside the auditorium.
There are two cloakrooms, one in the Stalls foyer and one in the Dress Circle. Audience members can leave large items and/or pushchairs in the cloakroom for around £1.
Booster cushions are provided by the theatre on a first come first served basis.
The theatre has four bars, with a bar situated at every seating level. Please note that there is no level access to the bars but drinks can be brought to disabled patrons.

Each seating level at the Palace Theatre has both male and female toilets. An Access adapted toilet can be found by the wheelchair user’s entrance on Shaftesbury Avenue.
