Auditorium

  • Air Conditioning: The Shaftesbury Theatre is equipped with air conditioning.
  • Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium but hot food is prohibited, as is the presence of glass in the auditorium.  Drinks purchased from the bar must be transferred into plastic cups before being taken inside the auditorium.

Cloakroom

There are cloakroom facilities in the theatre and items cost £1 to check in. Suitcases and pushchairs can be checked.

Children

A limited supply of booster cushions are available. Ask a member of staff if you would like to borrow a cushion throughout the show.

Bar

The Shaftesbury Theatre has five bars in total; the Stalls Bar, Foyer Bar, Circle Bar, Royal Bar and Grand Bar.  Prices:

Toilets

There are both male and female toilets accessible from every level of the theatre and these are situated in the Foyer, Stalls, Dress Circle and Grand Circle. The access adapted toilet is situated at Royal Circle level.
