Auditorium

  • Air Conditioning: The Other Palace is fully air conditioned.
  • Food & Drink: Drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the main auditorium, however any glass is strictly prohibited. Drinks purchased from the bar must be transferred into plastic cups if they are to be taken inside the seating area. No food is allowed to be taken into the main auditorium.

Cloakroom

The Other Palace provides a free of charge cloakroom service.

Children

As seats are on a rake, children will not need a booster cushion to see the action on stage.

Dining

The Other Palace has two a dining space, The Other Naughty Piglet, on its first floor. Please see our restaurants page for further details.

Bar

The Other Palace has two bar spaces, each serving performance areas.  All bars are fully licensed and sell a range of both alcoholic and soft drinks. Prices:

Men's and Women's toilets are located on the main auditorium and studio levels. There are 5 male and 15 female toilets in total.
