• Air Conditioning: The Gillian Lynne Theatre is equipped with air conditioning.
  • Food & Drink: Snacks and drinks in plastic containers are allowed in the auditorium but hot food is prohibited, as is the presence of glass in the auditorium. Drinks purchased from the bar must be transferred into plastic cups before being taken inside the auditorium.

There are cloakroom facilities in the theatre and items cost £1 to check in.

The theatre has two bars in the main foyer which serves both Stalls and Circle patrons. A range of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and small snacks are available to buy. An at-seat service is available for customers who are unable to access the bars.

There is a merchandise stand with programmes and other items available to purchase, depending on the show currently running. The merchandise stand is not accessible step-free, but front of house staff are happy to bring items to you to look at, and take payment from the foyer level bar.

The Gillian Lynne Theatre has both male and female toilets in foyer and at both Stalls and Dress Circle levels. There are two accessible toilets: one is located in the Upper Foyer and the other just outside the accessible entrance to the auditorium on Level 4. Access is via the lifts.
